Enjoy your vacation in this newly renovated suite and relax from your balconies in the heart of Ortigia. The ground floor suite takes its name from its high vaulted ceilings, painted in a warm brick red. The large French windows in the bedroom and living area overlook the tranquil Piazza San Giuseppe and feature two comfortable balconies where you can enjoy outdoor space. An ideal choice for a relaxing holiday, as a couple or a family.
The Space
The Terra Suite is ideal for couples or a family with a child and consists of:
– open space entrance area with dining table and chairs
– Open-plan living area with chaise longue sofa that can be used as a single bed for a third person, kitchen equipped with induction hob, kettle, coffee machine and fridge/freezer
-balcony with table and chairs accessible from the living area
The living area leads to the double bedroom featuring a king-size bed with a high-quality mattress, wardrobe, television, and second balcony.
The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The suite is located on the first floor and is very quiet and bright. It features free Wi-Fi, dual-split air conditioning, and heating.
The Terra suite is one of three units in San Giuseppe 9, along with a shared entrance area featuring a comfortable sofa, desk, and a small bathroom with additional laundry facilities available to all guests. The units can be rented individually or together for additional space, sleeping up to 10 people in total. One of the three units, the TERRACE SUITE, features a large private terrace, ideal for those who also want to enjoy a spacious outdoor space and solarium.
The location is perfect to reach all point of interest on foot: just 200 meters from the central Piazza Duomo and the beaches of Calarossa and Forte Vigliena.
