A bright, elegant and quiet apartment in the heart of the historic centre, just steps from the sea and the main points of interest. Renovated in early 2026, Suite Amber combines spacious rooms designed for maximum comfort and privacy, making it the ideal choice for families or couples looking for a refined home in a central location.

The apartment, of about 55 sqm, owes its name to the warm amber tones of the restored original ceilings, which give the rooms a unique and exclusive character.

The Spaces and Comforts

Open-plan Living Area: A large, very bright room thanks to the wide French window leading onto the private little balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs for outdoor relaxation. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (4-zone induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and kettle), a glass dining table with 6 seats, a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
Double Bedroom: A haven of rest served by a French window with a Juliet balcony. It’s fitted with a king-size bed with a top-quality, extra-thick mattress, a large wardrobe and restored period shutters to guarantee the best possible sleep.
Bathroom: Spacious and modern, with a large shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Note — Suite Amber is one of three independent residences that make up the San Giuseppe 9 property. Guests have access to a shared entrance area and a laundry area available to guests of the whole property.

Note — A solution for groups and large families: the three units at San Giuseppe 9 can be rented individually or combined to host up to a total of 10 beds. Among them, the Terrace Suite boasts a very large private terrace with a sun deck.
