Close proximity to a restaurant with excellent cuisine, especially pasta.

☹ App no.5:
Bad identification - entrance to appartments (I mean the gate groundfloor)
Noise from the street (garbage trucks - glass, vehicles), The soundproofing of the windows is not tight. 
The back bedroom shares the same ceiling with the bathroom, which is integrated into the room, and the false ceiling in the middle of the room is acoustically and odorously leaky. Every flush and boiler operation can be heard.
Efforts should be made to improve the sound insulation of the windows and the bathroom.

☺Emplacement idéal. Très grand appartement, équipements nickel. Hôtes très réactifs. Appartement lumineux avec une super vue de la chambre du haut. Literie très confortable. La chambre du haut est superbe et vaste. 4 personnes peuvent facilement y dormir. 2 en bas meme 1 sur le canapé. Il y a deux salles de bains.
