TRAFFIC RULES AND PARKING

Ortigia is a limited traffic area(ZTL). Our apartments are located in the historic center and can only be reached when the ZTL is off or by booking in advance the private parking G.La Mesa that issues a special ZTL pass upon arrival.

Only residents can park along the streets (yellow stripes). Don't park there or your car will be removed by the police in a few minutes.

ZTL timetables can change during the year.
Normally, ZTL is active as follows:

DURING THE WEEK: active from 7PM to 2 at night.
SATURDAY: active from 4PM to 7AM of the following day.
SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: active from 10AM to 2 at night.

We recommend you to check the website of the Municipality of Syracuse to consult the updated timetables.

Private, secure, and paid parking is available a short distance from our apartments. Limited traffic zone pass included. Space is limited. Book well in advance. Prices vary by season and vehicle size, ranging from €15 to €30 per night.

PARCHEGGIO TALETE

Large public car park located at the entrance of the island. 

It is not possible to book it. Payment through the EASYPARK APP or the machines.
€15 for 24 hours.
