The Loggiato Verga Luxury Apartment&Suites project comes to life in 2023 with the completion of the property's first apartment, the Stemma apartment. At the beginning of 2024, the renovation of the common areas and the two adjacent suites, Carrara and Bardiglio, was completed. These can be rented individually or together, offering a luxurious and exclusive property in the historic center of Ortigia.

The property is located on the first floor of the prestigious baroque noble palace Bonanno di Linguaglossa, dating back to 1760, located in Via della Maestranza 33, in the most central point of the island of Ortigia.

Loggiato Verga stands out for the use of fine materials, for the internal and external coverings, for the furnishings, made up of designer pieces and custom-made furniture and for a cutting-edge home automation system.

The loggia, a private covered terrace of approximately 25 m², overlooks a stunning internal Baroque courtyard. Restored using the hues of ancient marbles present in the palace since 1760, it features:

- the sicilian red marble of San Marco D'Alunzio
-the grey marble Bardiglio
- the white marble of Carrara

These same marbles were used in the bathrooms of each apartment and suite and together with the colors of the ceilings, create a common thread between modern design and ancient charm.

All the bedrooms that make up the property overlook small wrought iron balconies. The high soundproof French windows let light through, making them extremely bright and silent.
Each bathroom is large in size, en-suite and features a shower and bathtub.
