This 110Sqm loft is located in the historic Baroque noble palace Bufardeci, dating back to the 1700s. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 people. It consists of 3 levels and the top floor offers a view of the sea in the distance. It can accommodate up to 7 people and is ideal for large families or groups of friends.
Composed by a ground floor with entrance, open kitchen, double bed, queen sofa bed and city view balcony.
A mezzanine (second floor) with a big bathroom with shower.
Top floor bedroom with double bed, one single sofa-bed and bathroom without shower. A large window offers the view of the sea.

Really nice place in the heart of Ortigia. I loved staying there, embracing the true beauty of an historic building while having all the comfort that I needed, two steps away from the main cathedral. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing time last November. Spacious and superbly equipped apartment in great location. Alice made everything very easy for us, from pre arrival information to checkin and check out. Well organized and nightly rate very fair. We will be back. Mille Grazie

I spent nine days here a couple of months ago. My apartment was lovely and well-appointed with reliable wifi in every room. Bed and Bros personnel were always professional, responsive and efficient. The location was ideal. There are very good restaurants literally a couple of doors away, a small market with a deli just a bit further and if you need, a hair dresser and manicurist immediately across the street. I’m looking forward to a much longer stay in the very near future.

This beautiful apartment was the perfect place from which to explore the many charms of Siracusa! Alice, our host, could not have been more charming, helpful and warm, and the home itself is lovely. Ideally located with great eateries and swimming spots located a short walk away, and the daily market also close by for when we wanted to stay in. We can’t wait to come back!

10/10, polecam z całego serca! ☺wspaniała lokalizacja, w samym centrum Ortigii (ale w cichej uliczce); bardzo wygodne łóżka, dwie łazienki, duża przestrzeń jadalna; super kontakt z właścicielem, szybka odpowiedź i dbał żeby wszystko było idealnie :)

This is the de-luxe place to stay in Ortigia. ☺ This is a wonderful apartment in every way. Lots of room, the location is terrific, plenty of access and action in the neighborhood, beautiful interior, generously equipped kitchen. Everything you'd want to make for a luxurious stay in Ortigia. ☹ Erratic wi-fi.
